By creating an account or using InstrutorDrive, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What InstrutorDrive is
InstrutorDrive is a management app for independent driving instructors. It lets you register students, organize your lesson schedule, record lesson content, calculate the price per lesson hour, issue lesson receipts, generate service contracts and track your finances.
The app is an organization tool and does not replace the instructor’s legal, tax or professional obligations.
Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
Subscription, billing and cancellation
InstrutorDrive is offered as a monthly subscription, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The current price and conditions are shown in Google Play before confirmation.
The subscription is processed by Google Play and renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
You can cancel anytime in the Google Play app (Subscriptions); access continues until the end of the period already paid. Refunds follow Google Play’s policy. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, the subscription is charged automatically.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app in accordance with the law.
- Enter and process students’ and third parties’ data only with a legal basis and authorization.
- Check the accuracy of documents generated (such as receipts) before using them.
- Keep your sign-in details secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass its security, subscription or limits, or copy, modify or redistribute the app outside Google Play.
Generated documents
Receipts and service contracts are created from the information you provide. Checking, validity and use of these documents are your responsibility.
You sign the contract digitally on the gov.br services (Brazil’s ITI/Federal Government), outside the app. Legal validity comes from that gov.br signature, not from InstrutorDrive, which only assembles the PDF and organizes it in your records.
Intellectual property
The app, the InstrutorDrive brand and its content belong to Sertta. The data you enter remains yours.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sertta is not liable for losses arising from misuse, temporary unavailability, or decisions made based on information in the app.
The lesson-hour calculator is a support tool; the final price is your decision.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve or discontinue features. Significant changes to these terms will be communicated with the updated date.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by deleting it in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, in the consumer’s home jurisdiction where applicable.
