About
InstrutorDrive is an app by Sertta for independent driving instructors. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app or by email.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the menu and tap “My data”.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account”.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@sertta.com from your account email asking to delete your InstrutorDrive account. We complete the deletion within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your instructor profile (name, phone, ID number, licence, address).
- All students and their data.
- All lessons, services, lesson plans and financial records.
- Your subscription record.
Data that is retained
We do not retain your data after deletion. Backup copies are removed within 30 days. We may retain limited information only if required by law, for the applicable legal period.
